Safety:

Safety is absolute paramount with Poseidon Sport Fishing Inc. To ensure the highest safety standards for our clients we only use US Coast Guard approved life jackets (PFD personal flotation device) onboard. For a pleasant chartering experience we strictly use and follow the below to ensure safety of our client and the ones around.

• We Operate from the Chennai Port and hold a exclusive rescue boat and driver on stand by on land for all our trips from start to finish of the Trip
• Poseidon is equipped with Twin engine with two separate wiring harness connected to two separate battery to ensures the highest safety standards( Even if one of the engine has issue in middle of the ocean we have the back up and power to get back)
• Navy grade VHF radio onboard with Chennai Port and Yacht Club base contact upto 50km radius.
• GPS and Depth sounder with DSI technology helps to Navigate safely and locate fish schools.
• Fire extinguishers onboard
• Swiss Marine First Aid Kit & trained staff
• 8 Meter boat with deep V hull for added stability
• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed on the charter.
• No alcohol allowed on the charter
• No Smoking
• Everyone aboard should were life jacket at all times
• Everyone aboard should follow the instructions of the captain at all times for safety
• No swearing(bad language) on boat. Abusive behaviors on the boat will not be tolerated and such guests will be off boarded and no refund will be provided.
